Top quality and overall clean place, well-trained and exceptionally professional staff on shift. Continental breakfast, great value and brand-new room with king bed, awesome views, as example. Best possible location approx 10-15 minutes' 

The hotel is centrally situated to explore Cairns. Plenty of great restaurants and pub you can select.

This was a memorable stay for the price. We stayed in a luxury room on level 1, and truly enjoyed it. We had a gorgeous and superb breakfast with views. The hotel has unbeatable location very close to lots of shopping nearby and the 

The location was wonderful, a few steps away from Green Island. There were a shopping area and the Saturday market around the hotel. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast, I tried freshly cooked dishes.  

Loved my very nice stay for the price. The staff was very attentive, really made a difference to my trip.

It was an iconic hotel centrally set in the lovely area. Regret that we didn't have time and missed a boxed breakfast.

The deluxe twin room overlooks the marina and includes coffee/tea makers, a fridge, and glassware. It has marvellous location for visiting a bustling indoor market.

The location was unbeatable and awesome, close to downtown, in the new area. And it's not too far away from Bushfire Flame Grill, ate there once or twice. The breakfast with healthy food options, 

Although the hotel was not so good, it was centrally located to the harbour front, and had good wi-fi. The food was cheap especially during the boxed breakfast. The room we had included it's own balcony and a lounge area. 

The location was unbeatable and stunning right in front of the pier. I could get executive twin room with a marina view, really enjoyed that.

Breakfast was gorgeous and excellent, I really enjoyed almost everything.

The location turned out to be unbeatable and stunning, adjacent to scenic walk along the esplanade, all the downtown attractions and the terminal. My executive twin room was available with a balcony and a lounge.  

The rooms where neat and silent and we could park onsite. The rate was £ 314. The location was magnificent and brilliant, next to the art gallery, Australia and the Far East, and the main restaurant.

It had not so good beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Very very good boxed breakfast - something for everyone. Tidy and adequate room with a reasonable sized bathroom and it's own balcony and a lounge. Brilliant very central location, not far from the center of Cairns, and esplanade and restaurants.
